Every Thursday morning, 101.9 Lite FM will visit an area office or business with a Lite Break-- bagels, pastries and coffee from Einstein Bros! And, we'll always bring some extra "goodies" from 101.9 Lite FM, such as movie tickets or CD's.

Submit the form below to enter, and be sure to include the name of your office, and also tell us why your office needs a Lite Break.  We'll select one entry at random each Monday morning and announce it on the air!  If it 's your office, we'll also give you a follow-up phone call later that day, and you'll win our LITE BREAK that Thursday!
